Nice hot breakfast, nice room, internet. Good service. The location well placed, has nice restauents nearby. Facility also offers dinner for some days, that was another best part . I didn't get chnace to taste dinner, but it looks good

Room Tip: many rooms have beds faced north position. Check what position your bed positioned, if it was north try to sleep right position. Sleeping towards north is not good for health

We stayed at the Staybridge for two nights. When we arrived they upgraded us to a King suite. I was really impressed. Ive had up grades before and they are always nice. The rooms were clean and nice gift basket in the room was full of snacks. Staff was always friendly and helpful.
Will recommend this place to family and friends.

The rooms are nice and bed is comfortable. Bathroom floor has had hair from day 1. Morning Breakfast is good and fresh. Not satisfied with fitness room and no swimming / hot tub. Fitness room has a broken bicycle, remote for TV does not work, no disinfectant wipes (kind of important especially with flu season) drinking water is warm, TV is old Tube that is difficult to see, When I visited with desk attendant about concerns, I was informed I could swim at the hotel next door, and that I could go to Bailey's Fitness Center 3 miles away.

Hello Scott,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on Staybridge Suites in Colorado Springs. Unfortunately our outdoor pool and hot tub are not operational in the winter months, so we do share facilities with our sister property that is located in our lot. We will look into the issues you encountered during your stay and hope you will revisit us after our renovations are completed so that we can wow you with great service and a first class quality product.

Sincerely,

Daniel Valdez

We stayed at this Staybridge for 3 nights over Christmas. The front desk staff was extremely friendly at check in and also throughout our stay. The breakfast was really good and had a variety of stuff from scrambled eggs and bacon to Belgian waffles and yoghurt. We really appreciated how well the heat worked since we had our 3 week old baby with us. Even though they have an outdoor pool that was closed, we were told the Holiday Inn Express next door was willing to let Staybridge guests use their indoor pool. A nice amenity we didn't take advantage of. There are only two items of disappointment worth noting: almost all of our towels in the bathroom had brown stains on them, although I believe they were clean, and the second is there was a long black hair in the glassware in the microwave. Overall we would stay here again if we need another hotel in Colorado Springs.

I have to say this is a great place to stay if your in Colorado Springs. The staff are friendly and the lady that checked me in late Saturday night was great! She was very bubbly, outgoing and joking. Those things are very important especially where I work at. Everything you need is at the hotel or close by, within walking distance for most. Rooms were clean and love the little kitchens for anyone staying more than a few days. Overall, Great Stay!

Room Tip: I think there will be slight noise anywhere you stay do to the fact that people are above you and below you and the stairs when they walk up or down can be a little noisy. But it's tolerable.
