You better be hungry. These burgers are beyond huge and the unusual but very good. Fun to go to with kids. Be willing to go off the diet.

It's unhealthy...but it's REALLY good! Truffle fries are too good, burgers are yummy!!! Nothing has been a let down so far! Prices are surprisingly reasonable and service is pretty quick!

I ate there yesterday for the 1st, & last time. Their burgers aren't exotic, they're alien. Buns of grilled cheese sandwiches, glazed donuts?? This is bizarre. I tried to find something normal and settled for a Krusty. It had peppercorns, bacon, onions and a nasty barbeque sauce. Glad I ordered the sauce on the side. Still, they put ice cold "ketchup sauce" on the burger. Even the top of the bun was cold. What do they do, place it under a "cold lamp"? A little bit of fries and they want $9.50! Although it was the end of the lunch hour and they were fully staffed, service was slooow for a place 1/3 full. The place is a gimmick, even having a wall of fame (shame?) if you eat 3 of their 3 Little Pigs burgers in 45 minutes. No thanks. Won't be eating one in my lifetime.

The three of us had a Luther, a Flaming Tiki, and a Drunken Onion burger. All were great, and very filling. With them, we tried regular fries, Philly fries, and Truffle fries. The regular fries were good although nothing special, the Philly fires were pretty good too, but we didn't care too much for the Truffle fries. The parmesan cheese and truffle oil flavors with the fries just didn't work very well for us. This was at the Crave on Academy in Colorado Springs.

I am not usually a "burger person," I'd just as soon eat many other food options. However, I literally have CRAVINGS for the burgers from this restaurant! The menu is much more varied and unique than most burger places I've tried. My favorite is the Colorado burger, which includes some incredible lamb atop the perfectly-cooked burger, and a number of delicious veggies to add both spice and creamy texture. Their green chili fries are totally amazing. The milkshakes are good, not great, though my sister wishes she lived closer so she could get the Velvet Elvis shake. The service has always been friendly and prompt. It definitely costs more than many burger places, but the complexity of the burgers easily explains that in my opinion. As far as I can tell, this restaurant only has two locations, so it is nice to support a restaurant that isn't a huge chain super-franchise. If you happen to be passing through COS, Crave is easily and quickly reached from Rt 25- definitely worth coming an extra minute or two off of the highway, to get some non-chain food! And if you live here and haven't tried it yet, what are you waiting for?

Tip: In nice weather, sit outside and enjoy a breathtaking view of the peak while you eat!
