i am not sure what to say about the Hilton they run hot and cold no consistency what so ever ..... countries outside the USA have better service and quality standards than the USA. i would suggest you review the silver honers club members and do something about these customer since that's will keep you in business.

I had to come here for a work trip. Room 1006--- Found a bed bug crawling on the bed. I am so grossed out. I would not stay again. Carpet in room dirty. I had no choice but to stay here. Elevators were not working the first day of arrival. I asked for a king and they said they were booked. Went back to lobby and overheard front desk tell a couple they had no king beds....then she said oh we have one king left for a $20 upcharge. Homeless man was in the hotel. Parking garage a bit scary. They need to get rid of the bugs and remodel. Gross

We strive to ensure that the time spent here by our guests exceeds their expectations and deeply regret that this was not the case for your stay. The elevators did go out for a period of time and we appreciate your patience and understanding while our staff worked them manually. Concerning your request for the king bed, I can promise you that every effort is made to meet a guest’s preferences, but it is based on availability at the time when you checked in. Lastly, no industry has been harder hit than in hospitality when it comes to pest claims. We have strict protocols set in place that are quickly implemented to verify any concerns. In the result where further action is required, the area remains unavailable to any guest until fully cleared by a third party. Our guest’s comfort is our primary concern and we can understand any frustrations that you may have felt and sincerely apologize for any inconveniences that resulted. We hope you’ll give us another chance in the future, as it would be our pleasure to win you over completely, thank you.

Really wonderful location close to some great restaurants and easy access. Wish we had more time to stay as we were just passing thru the town. Next time we will plan a longer visit and enjoy the area and hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, downtown Colorado Springs and close to a lot of great restaurants and bars. Our room was lovely, a king corner room with a great view of the mountains. They have an excellent gym with a solid selection of equipment; weight machines, free weights and plenty of quality cardio machines. The breakfast was included and included an omelet bar, fresh fruit and juices and baked goods. The staff are really outstanding; friendly and efficient.

The antlers Hilton is in a great location if you like downtown, lots of restaurants and shops to choose from. Parking is a bit of pain in the parking stucture, but it is covered. Excellent fitness center and breakfast buffet is free if you are a gold member. Building itself is a bit dated, and sometimes I get pipe noises.

Antlers Hilton, Colorado Springs, CO: Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean comfortable room and bed. Meals were good, atmosphere is great. The pool / spa / fitness center view is amazing. A 2 block walk from all of the downtown dining and entertainment. I would recommend the hotel to anyone. Wish the room had a fridge however.

Taking a swim overlooking Pikes Peak must have been breathtaking! We’re thrilled to learn that you enjoyed taking advantage of many of our amenities during your stay. Although our rooms do not come equipped with mini fridges, they can be placed in your room upon request for a small fee. We apologize if you were not made aware of this. Thank you for reviewing the Antlers Hilton Colorado Springs. It would be our pleasure to have you as a guest again.

I was born in Colorado Springs and I remember the "old" Antler's hotel so when my wife and I stayed here for two days in August I wanted to stay here. Some reviews complained about the small rooms and the expensive parking fees. Our room was perfect with a view to Pikes Peak. The fees are high and weird navigating through but you can park across the street in city parking or a lot directly across from the hotel for $12 per day so no big deal really. It was terrific to just walk out the door to numerous restaurants and downtown Colorado Springs. The lobby is cozy and clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel if you want to be near downtown and easy walking to some very nice restaurants. Try "Over Easy" (three blocks away) for breakfast!
