We stayed for four nights while attending an event at the City auditorium. We had a fabulous view from our corner King room-the entire mountain range with Pike's Peak and enjoyed the extra room you get with this room option. We enjoyed the ability to walk everywhere we needed to go including the auditorium and a nice variety of restaurants. The hotel is old but well kept but without some modern amenities including a charging station or a ventilation fan in the bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable, the roll away for my son was great, very quiet and a good air/heat system. It was missing little things like glasses for the bathroom, coffee in the lobby on a Friday and water in the workout room (well there was some for sale). The staff was extremely nice and helpful

Room Tip: The mountainside corner King was really quiet and wonderful views.

This is a conventionally nice, classically comfortable full-service hotel. It is clean, perfectly attractive and well-equipped with a pool, hot tub, gym, and room service. While the lobby is large and has (some) updated decor, the rooms are small and dated.

This is not the historic building, and the only way in which the historic building's presence is felt is through black and white photos on the walls. The Victorian structure burned, the replacement building was torn down (http://www.westernmininghistory.com/blog-details/5585/). The current structure dates to the 1960s. It's as unexceptional a lump of concrete ever built. So when reviewers say that it feels dates, we meant that it feels dated to the 1960s, not that it has any sort of historic character.

We loved the breakfast buffet. High-quality and healthful choices.

The location is perfect. Easy to walk anywhere in downtown Co Springs. Due to its height and bright red neon sign, you can see it from anywhere in town, though, which is nice if you are trying to not get lost.

The staff were lovely, to a person.

Room Tip: You can ask for a mountain-view room. It's pretty enough, but since you can see the mountains fr...

The customer service was outstanding, however the room was small, they have a full room service menu but no where to eat you have to eat on your bed. No fridge or microwave, room was hot we had our thermostat on 60 and no a/c comes out just air,we were told all rooms were like that. We opened the very small window but air went out not in. They have a nice restaurant in lobby but only open for breakfast, the only other restaurant is a bar.If you need anything they do accommodate. But for the money I was disappointed in room. They also charge 50. a day toward incidentals wether you use them or not its just a deposit so you have to pay with cash or credit card.Their was a nice park in front of hotel but it was blocked off for no reason. The room wall paper seems to be peeling off as well. The location was great but room was uncomfortable.Again excellent customer service!!!

Room Tip: The only rooms with fridges are king suites. The rooms are very warm without heat on and window open...

It is great that you found your interactions with our staff to be outstanding and we appreciate your kind words. At the Antlers Hilton, we offer a variety of room types and it is our hope that our guests will reach out to us to address any areas of concern. For guests requiring a refrigerator or microwave, they are available based upon availability. We would like to clarify for other readers that we do secure authorization to ensure any charges that may be made are covered. This is not a charge or fee, but a hold that is released immediately by us upon checkout when the final bill is paid. We will have the maintenance team look into and address any issues with the air conditioning and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Thank you and we hope to welcome you back soon to enjoy our hotel from a renewed perspective.

We stayed at the Antlers Hilton on February 16th. We had tickets to a performance at the Pikes Peak Center. This hotel is in an ideal location to access the Pikes Peak Center, as it's a short walk to the Center. Check in was quick, we got a room facing Pikes Peak, however, not sure it's worth the extra price. We got a standard room with a King size bed. Nothing fancy. It suited our needs and the shower was great.

Room Tip: For a one night stay, paying extra for a mountain view that you may look at one time may not be wort...

We stayed here to attend a concert in Manitou Springs. We had a great corner room with mountain views. You can definitely see the age of this hotel but it does not feel "old" as some other historic hotels sometimes feel. (However, if they were to renovate this hotel it could be beautiful....) The room was clean and comfortable. The reception staff were very nice. The breakfast buffet was amazing. I would stay here again if we ever need to stay in the area.

My fiance, who is stationed at Fort Carson nearby, decided to stay here while i was visiting for a military ball hosted at the same hotel. They advertised on their website that they had a 50% off room rates as a "veterans appreciation". This made us very happy, as i already spent a great deal to travel to see him. He called to confirm this special going on and the woman stated that when we checked in we would be all set. Skip to midnight the next day, we finally arrive at the hotel to check in and sleep after a long day of travel(i flew into Denver). i stayed in the car as my fiance went to check in. He came out looking very upset and stated that the man at the desk told him that the special was no longer going on because they apparently "ran out"(even though the special still had 3 more weeks) and to leave. He was a complete jerk and belittled my fiance, who is injured and walks with a cane now. We could not afford the normal stay prices and were forced to stay at the on-post temp. housing facility. The woman working there stated that this happened a lot to service members and they no longer recommended the hotel. She was a total sweetheart, lifesaver and even gave is a discount on our arrangements.
I will NEVER stay at a hotel that disrespects service members so much, while hosting a "veterans appreciation" special. Give me a break!

It is disheartening to learn your experiences during check in were not as you had hoped. Our Salute to the Heroes package is available on a select number of rooms and there are times when this rate sells out. We hope you have the opportunity to reach out to us directly so we can address your concerns together and ensure proper attention is given to this matter. Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

Great location, staff, and breakfast. I would recommend this location if you get a good deal on the price and being downtown is important to you. I'm giving it only an average rating because my room wasn't very clean and the noise from parties in the hotel was a problem a couple nights.

Room Tip: Ask for a mountain view.
