First the hotel itself: it feels like an apartment building (not in a bad way or anything), but be prepared to get yourself oriented as to how it all lays out. The room we stayed in (308 if memory serves) was quite large with two beds, a good sized bathroom, a kitchen area with full size fridge and a recliner. The TV had MANY channels to choose from. Unfortunately, there is no pool.
We thought it was a little weird when we checked in that in the walkway outside to the main entrance there was patio furniture - but later discovered why... the free breakfast gets pretty packed with people inside, so this acts as the overflow.
Staff: Every single person that I came into contact with (front desk, cleaning crew, breakfast woman, etc) was VERY, VERY nice. It really seemed that they all enjoyed working there and wanted to help in any way they could.
Breakfast: like I said above, it's free and involves a great variety of items. With the low-carb way of eating, I had a good choice of scrambled eggs (which were tasty), bacon and sausage. My daughter liked the cereals, as well as the make-your-own waffles.
