This hotel is very convenient to the north side of the Springs. Well appointed kitchen, no oven, but it does have pots and silverware and glasses. Cabinets showing age. Room nice size w/ comfortable bed. Even a real closet. Bathroom needs to be remodeled. Rust on vent and metal above the bath tub. Rust around tub drain. Mold or mildew on tile grout.

We stayed here for a sister vacation, (5 of us). Rooms were good except for one near the train. We asked to change that room and the staff was happy to accommodate us. Breakfast was plentiful. Asked for suggestions wat to see and where to eat and took all of them. Suggested restaurants were good and reasonably priced.

The hotel is clean and the beds are very comfortable. The only negative was the frequency of trains going by. They woke us up some nights even with the noise machine. The breakfast was wonderful and loved the omelet bar.

They don’t value repeat business, honor requests or maintain the property. I’ve stayed 4 years in a row and a member of their rewards program. This is one of the worst Hyatt’s in the U.S. Service is atrocious and I’ve had the same requests every year and they have never been honored. The front desk staff doesn’t detail their arrivals so special requests are honored. The chairs in the room are falling apart and this last room had a huge hole in the wall above the bed (rm229). I found a lighter under the couch cushions and they leave the sheets on the pull out until the next guest that occupies the room needs it. Gross! Either stay at a Marriott property closer to USAFA or use VRBO

An older hotel that is showing it age. The breakfast was fantastic, which makes up for some of the drawbacks. Very slow internet speed. The room was quiet. The location is not great because there is not much within walking distance.
