Description: Springs Orleans is dishing up local favorites and Cajun Classics! We are the hottest restaurant and bar in Downtown Colorado Springs. Whether you are craving a burger, a salad or some amazing étouffée, Springs Orleans has something to please everyone. Executive Chef Jason Miller has created a menu that is as affordable as it is delicious. From your appetizer to your dessert - which is made fresh in house daily, you won't be disappointed. Loved the bartenders here who are full of info. They also make a very mean Ranchero Huevos and have great appetizers!

“Noisy but Nice”
Reviewed September 25, 2013

High metal ceilings and noisy. Seems to be the trendy thing but I prefer to have a conversation with my meal.
Food was excellent and the prices are affordable.
Service is excellent.

“Thanksgiving”
Reviewed September 19, 2013

We only had breakfast at Springs Orleans, but it was perfect. We are having a family gathering there on Thanksgiving and are all looking forward to the deep-fried turkey and trimmings!

“Comfortable and great dining for all”
Reviewed September 14, 2013 via mobile

Comfortable and relaxing --not pretentious or overdone. Easy menu but something for everyone with appropriate sized portions. Best thing tho is atmosphere-- live jazz while dining... Couldn't have enjoyed it more. Will be back again and again.

“Very Good..Dinner & Breakfast”
Reviewed August 28, 2013

We stayed at the adjoining Mining Exchange and decided to eat here. Exceptional gumbo with great flavor and the right amount of kick. Had calamari appetizer with excellent marina sauce. The server, Chris, was very good and made excellent suggestions. Came back for breakfast the next morning and had very flavorful biscuits and gravy with a nice bite to it. Also.. the Pecan bacon was amazing. We ate breakfast outside in the great space between the hotel and restaurant. This avoids the street traffic while allowing you to eat in a splendid environment.
