“Wow. Just wow.”

Incredibly good sushi. Fun and funky atmosphere. The all-you-can-eat is a bargain and good for experimenting with new things.

“Local Favorite For A Reason!”
Reviewed March 14, 2013 via mobile

My husband & I got there a little before dinner time, which helped us beat the rush! I'm a vegetarian, but love to find a good vegetable tempura roll. Sushi Ring has got it! It was excellent as was my husband's beef box. Prices were completely reasonable & quality of the food was great. Miso soup was a small additional charge, but I won't be ordering it again. It wasn't bad--just okay. Overall, we had fun & our server was super friendly! Will stop by again when we're in Colorado Springs.

“Sushi and Conversation”
Reviewed February 24, 2013

Not only does this restaurant have the freshest sushi in town, but sitting at the sushi bar provides an evening of entertainment (can you say Elvis) and conversation. If you don't like seaweed, they have a soy substitute for the rolls. And they serve a plum sake on request. Always have a wonderful visit.

“Best in town!”
Reviewed January 20, 2013

Ok....now that you have read the title, I will admit the ambiance is less than that of your usual sushi restaurant. Now that we have that out of the way, all I can say is WOW! This place is consistently slammed and for good reason. The sushi is really fresh and the staff could not be any friendlier. If you TRULY love good, fresh sushi and an atmosphere of loving genuine people, you cannot go wrong. Go on, give it a shot! They even do all you can eat!!!

“Elvis and Eel!”
Reviewed January 14, 2013

This is the only sushi restaurant I know of which offers "all you can eat" ( in an hour) menu for lunch ( until 3PM) and for dinner.
Elvis, the owner, is very customer oriented and welcomes regulars and new guests with the same enthusiasm. Special requests are honored. If you order the more expensive rolls, then the all you can optin is worth it. There are also classic Japanese noodle dishes available too, The miso soup is very good as are the gyozas.sakes are available too.
