Did the 7 course chefs menu with win pairing. Not cheap ($200 + tax/tip) but was it ever good. So much food and the wines were brilliantly paired with each course by the Sommelier. Crab bisque and the elk were definitely the highlights. Friday and Saturday night they have live music which is really good. And the French style service was a real experience.
It is not cheap, and there are other options other than the chefs menu. But I would recommend at least one meal there during your stay at the Broadmoor.
Note, it is fairly formal dress. Men need a jacket. Women should wear nice evening dress.
