This is one of Colorado Springs finest and most tasteful restaurant. Everything from the appetizers to the main course to the dessert is made with a combination of spices and ingredients that make each mouthful feel like you are in heaven. Would recommend for any special occasion to include any day that ends with Y! The owner and staff go over and beyond for service that is refreshing.

The food, service and ambience were wonderful. My wife and I ordered a lunch special, Seafood Trio Plate, which had fried shrimp, crab cake , stuffed mushrooms, and a leaf salad. There were two dipping sauces for the shrimp. What made this meal so good were the delightful flavors: suttle, not overpowering, cooked to perfection. Joseph's had a suitable wine list. The price for this wonderful lunch was less than expected.

I enjoy dining at Joseph's occasionally. He is the master of fine dining. His experience speaks for itself. The atmosphere is very nice here. Service is fantastic. The table side cooking makes your meal so very personal and wonderful special especially when prepared by Joseph. Food is always tasty fresh and delicious. I save this place for my most special clients and friends. It is an honor to dine in such a fine establishment as Joseph's.

We went on a Restaurant.com coupon and were so pleased to have chosen this restaurant. We were seated by the window, which was maybe a mistake - a view of the gritty street, across which was a shuttered gas station and depressing empty lot. However, things quickly improved as we were distracted from the view. Our server, Rick was a fun character and super efficient. Not only was the food five star, but it came out very quick. We were in town for a Saturday evening event so went as early as possible (5:00). We did a cocktail, appetizer, main course, desert and coffee (did I mention we had a coupon!), and were out by 6:10. We didn't even mention that we had a bit of a time crunch. When asked for suggestions on what to order, Rick suggested the calf liver and Cobia. Both were excellent, and were surprisingly on the lower end of the price spectrum. We think next time we will order the steak cooked table side. That looked excellent as well as exciting. My understanding is that Joseph was a chef at the Broadmoor for 15+ years who trained other chefs there at table side cooking. We were not familiar with Cobia, so after enjoying it tremendously, we asked Rick details about the fish. He came out with a printout of a picture of it and an explanation! There were quite a few others filling up the restaurant while we were there, and many seemed like well heeled regulars. The prices are not for the faint of heart - our coupon certainly helped. But we will return, probably for lunch. Be forewarned that they do not offer lunch on Saturday and are closed on Sunday. You can find the entire menu with prices at the restaurant's website.

We had one of those Groupon deals, which encouraged us to try this restaurant. It's really quite nice inside, tablecloths, subdued lighting, even a fireplace. It's very quiet, another attribute. Because we were using groupon, we were limited in what we could order, but what we had was excellent. They also have a nice wine cellar and the Colores del Sol malbec from Argentina was quite good and reasonably priced.
Don't go expecting to get out on the cheap. Even with the groupon, by the time you add a bottle of wine and coffee to accompany your dessert, you're going to spend over $!00 if you're a reasonable tipper. Speaking of which, our server was one of the best, attentive, but not intrusive.
