“Outstanding food that's more varied than most Middle Eastern Restaurants”
Reviewed June 6, 2014

We eat and cook lots of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean food. The cuisine here ranges from Provencal to Persian. The food here is more varied and a bit different than in similar restaurants. For example, the hummus is thicker and has dill in it. The stuffed grape leaves are larger than usual, filled with non-compacted basmati rice, and served with a red pepper based sauce. The Iranian chicken dish is one of the best entrees I have ever had. I wish I could get the recipe.

Excellent food, excellent value when one considers the quality of the food. One of the best meals we have had in the area. Location and parking are very accessible.

“All Around Excellent Dining Experience”
Reviewed June 3, 2014

The Caspian Cafe has become a favorite of mine and my friends. The food is authentic and delicious. The service is out of this world wonderful. I assume it's the owner or manager but he greeted us and engaged us in some friendly conversation. He really cared about his customers. The prices range from $8 to over $20 depending on what you want. I recommend the sampler appetizer...YUMM!

“Treasure of a Find!”
Reviewed June 2, 2014

Staying overnight in C Springs, we asked the desk clerk for a nice, reasonable restaurant idea. He recommended the Caspian Cafe right next door. What a treasure of a find!!! Not only was the food beautifully presented, it was some of the most delicious we have ever eaten! Our waitress was relatively new, but was thoroughly versed on the menu ( we had lots of questions trying to decide what to order), and handled our dinner seamlessly. Kudos on staff training! And last but not least, the final tally was extremely reasonable - we were very pleasantly surprised! You can be assured we will visit the Caspian Cafe again!!!

“Very good food, average service.”
Reviewed May 30, 2014

The food was absolutely excellent. I had the dolmades and a gyro(It was lunch). The ambiance was very nice and quaint. There was nothing wrong with the service it just wasn't ground breaking but was good. I will definitely return for an evening meal. They have an excellent selection of varying quisines from Greek, Lebanese, French, Iranian and more. Would highly recommend if you are in the area.
