We are regulars at the Caspian and I can say I have never had a bad meal! Excellent choices on the menu and the service is always top notch! I always recommend this restaurant to my firends when they are looking for a nice place for dinner or even a special occasion.
Visited two evenings on a business trip. The food as well as the service was excellent both times. On Saturday night, to our surprise there was a belly dancer who came out and entertained the dining guests. It was delightful to watch, especially balancing a sword on her head while dancing. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone. If you are staying at the La Quinta Inn you can simply walk over so it is very convenient.
We visited on a Sunday evening. The food was great and different than the usual dining out fare in Colorado Springs. Caspian Cafe offers a Mediterranean influenced menu with some intriguing entrees. We tried the lamb tagine this time and were delightfully surprised. It was well spiced but not overly so. The greek salad was large enough to split and was OK, but nothing special. We'll be back to try more entrees.
We drove 400 plus miles towing an RV and stayed at the LaQuinta on Sinton. How nice to walk just a few feet to a relaxing meal with excellent food and service. There is outdoor and indoor seating. While there is noise and traffic the small patio has mountain views. The restaurant has won many local awards.
The walnut chicken was marvelous. Wish I knew how to make this sauce. It was served with rice and vegetables. There are a number of cocktail and wine choices (by the glass or bottle). I would gladly stop here again.
