Croissants and Muffins were stale......Good basic buffet breakfast for $5. Decent variety of food- sausage, bacon pancakes, french toast, etc. Beverages included in price....

“Chef's Kitchen”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 17, 2012

Lunch at the Chef's Kitchen, Sunday, Sept.16,2012, about 1 pm: Bad, horrible, disgusting, atrocious etc. Wilted and limp lettuce; Chicken noodle soup with very little, salty broth; Beef stew looked like swill; Dried up lemon slices on dried up fried fish; Fried clam strips were the consistency of pretzles; Boiling, lumpy turkey gravy with dry turkey breast; Mushy diced sweet
potatoes; Brown beans which were original green; Crispy pasta with an unidendifiable white sauce and some caked on tomato sauce which was called Bolognese; Brown broccoli; Semi-baked bread sticks and a bland display of pies.
When asked to speak to a manager, a young lady with a non legible name tag appeared and claimed to be the Food & Beverage manager. Upon stating my displeasure of the horrible buffet, she then told me that she cant taste everything for breakfast and lunch, and to add a little broth to the chicken soup, verbatinm: IS NO BIG DEAL. Besides her cooks are professionals and proud of the job they are doing. She further stated that she might have compt my dessert, but since I allready took a bite..............
Upon exiting she told me with a smirk: Thank you for bringing it to my attention.
