“Marg main attraction”
Reviewed September 7, 2013 via mobile

As residents of the Rock, we've been wanting to try BN since it opened this summer. After stopping at the Art Fest, we had our chance. Our server recommended the Original Marg, and it was very smooth, with generous pours. The chips and salsa were conflicting, two good salsas, and chips from the generic aisle at Safeway. Contrary to previous reviews, our service in the bar was excellent. lots of TVs for football viewing too. We had Taco Carbon and combo plate with chili relleno and tamale. Both dishes were flavorful and well-prepared. The rice was just average as were the refried beans. Black. Beans were rich and yummy--praise the lard! We will be back for the margs and flavorful beef dishes.

“Food is great, Service is average”
Reviewed August 6, 2013

We were very pleased to find a Mexican Restaurant close to home that met our taste expectations.

The flavors were wonderful and portion sizes abundant. They just opened (June or July 2013) and we were there a few days after opening. I was surprised how "together" things seemed to be.

We don't drink alcohol so we didn't try the "signature" drink that earned them their name but people seemed to be enjoying it.

The service was slightly on the slow side but that could have been due to the newness of the restaurant. We went back a second time and had the same server. It was slightly faster but the server just wasn't that pleasant. I have to say that we haven't gone back yet because our desire to NOT have that same server is greater than our desire to have the yummy food.

Great food. The service is bound to improve.
