Coffee and bakery stand by the door is a bit smelly. The patio looks like a concrete prison yard.Kitchen is completely exposed, sending bleach fumes to the dining room and bar area. Two potheads and a hardworking, but clueless, Mexican send out very inconsistent food. The woman manager is polite and professional, but she cannot fix everything on her own.I would like to eat there few times a week, but until they start to serve better food,i have to drive to Aspen.Their"Pullman"restaurant in Glenwood Springs has fantastic Cesar salad with truffle-pancetta dressing and very tasty cuts of chicken.I would like to eat it in Carbondale. The head chef is unable to control quality in both restaurants. What a pity. Please, call someone like Robert Irvine from " Restaurant Impossible " to get this place in a better shape.I keep my fingers crossed and wish you well. The best thing so far is that they are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
