As a Texan who grew up in Memphis, I know barbecue. The folks awhile started Brothers made all the proper pilgrimages to Memphis, Lockhart, and Kansas City and learned their lessons well.
Pulled pork shoulder is very good, still moist and nicely smoky. They avoid the typical failure that many make in over shredding the meat, like you would find in the Carolinas, where they really screw up barbecue. Very good.
Brisket and sausage are very good as well. The best you'll find in Denver.
