Wife and I flew into CO for a wedding Memorial day weekend. We checked in on Friday (which was actually our 1 year anniversary) and 2 minutes after we got to our room, we were given a bottle of champagne, chocolate covered strawberry's and fresh fruits as well as a letter congratulating us. The entire staff was more then accommodating/friendly. We were even given a free breakfast because we had very noisy neighbors. We ate at Meritage Friday night, and it was outstanding. The food was deilsh, and we received a comp dessert for our anniversary as well. There was man vacuuming our floors hallway who turned off the vacuum as we passed until we got to our room, how classy is that?! The pools and pool side dining was perfect too. Highly Recommended!

Room Tip: Stayed on 6th floor, had room with balcony and mountain view.

Rather expensive but they do negotiate rates if you ask. Excellent in every respect save for maid service, hence the very good rating. Maids were very good but they always came late. Usually just when we were getting ready to go out for the evening. We had to ask them to come back each night we were there.

Room Tip: Ask for rooms with a view of the Rocky Mountains, I can't remember which side that was on.

I stayed at the Omni Interlocken Resort during a 2 day conference held on site. Overall the rooms are clean and reasonably appointed, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the dining was very good. I was particularly impressed with the food they served during the conference as they catered to a wide range of tastes and incorporated some local flavor.

First room given was next to air-handling HVAC (and noisy) roof units. After waiting an additional 3 hours, was given a room higher up, but still with a view of the roof and highway/railway. Considering that this was NOT a corporate junket, nor a third party business write-off, the "resort" part leaves much to be desired. After 2 requests, it took 2 days to repair a running toilet. We shut off the water at night to sleep. The room had a terrible odor, and the remedy by housekeeping was to open the windows. Replenishment of toiletries/coffee/tissues was spotty or nonexistent. This was another uplevel motel with too many sham clad decorative pillows and nowhere clean to place them when sleeping, yet makes up the bed without a fitted bottom sheet. Oddly, with budget chains offering free breakfast, 24 hour coffee, free bottled water, a microwave, free WiFi and even free computer use, this place charged ala carte for just about everything. Walmart grade bottled water was offered at $6.50. WiFi was not free. 15 minutes use of the sole working lobby computer was $6.75 with the printer being out of ink. A local telephone call, which must have been to room service, was charged for. The restaurants were adequate, but again, $20 for breakfast is outrageous. The facility is beginning to show some wear and tear, and is not truly kept up. While the staff smiles a lot, you somehow feel that you're the brunt of some inside joke among them. I truly couldn't recommend this place for any reason. Having traveled for all reasons for many years all over the world, better accommodations are available at just about any Days Inn, Best Western, Microtel or like facilities. On the other hand, if you wish to contend with the stated failings, but wish to play golf, avail yourself of the spa, or swim in an overcrowded pool on the corporate "dime", have at it. Assuredly not up to the hype of the Omni aura. Terribly
disappointing.

Room Tip: Ask for a view of the mountains, but that also gives you a view of the parking lot with that attenda...

We would like to apologize for the many issues you experienced during your stay, especially the running water and odor in the room. These should have been resolved much sooner and we’re sorry it tarnished your trip. While other lower budget chains are able to offer free amenities such as breakfast and coffee, the quality of the breakfast isn’t what we serve in our restaurant or room service, so we are unable to offer it for free due to food costs. We do however try to offer as many amenities as we can. For guests that join our free Select Guest program, we will provide free Wi-Fi and deliver coffee, juice or water each morning to your door at the time you choose. You can also add on small breakfast items for a minimal fee. Again we would like to apologize for the condition of the room and that our staff didn’t provide the level of service that we are capable of delivering. We will pass along your comments to our management team and work to improve our operations.

Beautiful facilities, Very friendly staff, service with a smile. Clean rooms. Take responsibiltiy to help you and resolve any difficulties even when it is not their service provider. Have been at this resort a number of times over the past 12 years and they always provide a high level of service.

Room Tip: Rooms on the front side toward the parking lot are quieter then those on the other side looking over...

The other reviews say it all, but I have just one thing to add and it's just personal preference. They make the bed with a flat sheet on the bottom and a top sheet and light comforter which is tucked in tightly from the foot of the bed to the pillows. Then a brocade bedspread, which had dirt stains on it, the 2 sleeping pillows and 2 very large decorative pillows and a long round bolster (?) pillow. So when you get in bed for the night you remove the 3 decorative pillows to a chair or most likely the floor, the brocade bedspread falls off the bed during the night and when you turn back the top sheet and blanket, the flat sheet on the bottom comes undone and you have to remake the bed. Then housekeeping comes in the next day and makes it all up again, putting the bedspread and decorative pillow, all of which have been on the floor numerous times, back on the bed that you are going to sleep in again that night. Just wasn't a fan of that whole process and doesn't seem so sanitary. Otherwise, I had no complaints.

Room Tip: If you don't like to walk far, request room near the elevator.
