My wife and I had an outstanding time. It was our 25th wedding anniversary so we really wanted something special. Our room was spacious and well decorated overlooking the mountain on the back side. We kept the windows open to enjoy the cool mountain air.
During the day we went on hikes right outside the hotel. It was so much fun to exprience different trails each day. The pools and hot tubs were a lot of fun and convienent.
At night we enjoyed the short walk to town for shopping and eating. It was nice to have the town so close yet we felt it was not on top of us.
Spencers reseraunt was our favorite in the hotel. We both had the ALL you can eat breckfast buffet and for dinner we had the Prime Rib which was superb. The staff was fun and engaing without being over the top.We will definitly come back to exprience Beaver Run Resort and the town of Breckenridge.

The Beaver Run Resort was perfect for our stay in Breckenridge. We chose a 1 bedroom suite for our family of 4 (22210) and it was perfect, home away from home. The BRR was close to everything, restaurants, shops, Peak 8 (we went in the summer) fun park. The lake is about 20 minutes away for boating. Vail is about 45 minutes drive.
The hotel has so much for the kids to do while the adults are planning the day trips or resting. Pool tables in both the lounge and pool area, pool that is 1/2 indoor and 1/2 outdoor. Hot tubs outside (6). The game room is huge but could use a few more games. The mini golf is inside but my kids didn't want to spend $4 a ball to play. There is also a small convenient store that serves pizza and other foods and beverages and a great restaurant.
The rooms were nice and they are all very different. Some have been recently overhauled and updated and some haven't. Some also have been partially updated. We had a partially updated room and it was fine. Quite a few of the cabinets and closets were locked for the owners belongings which cut down on storage space greatly. We used the dead end of a hallway to store all of our coolers and luggage. The kitchen is complete but has no spices or other nice left-overs from previous tennants that some rentals leave in the cabinets.
The bed was very comfortable as was the sofa-pull-out. There was a table that sat 6 and a counter that sat 3. A small balcony that didn't accomodate chairs, very small but the ledge was very high so it's safe for children. The bathroom had a hairdryer and everything worked fine. The kitchen had a disposal, dishwasher, full sized refrigerator, electric stove and oven (new). The ice maker stuck and we had to coax every tray to empty but there is ice right down the hall. There is also a laundry but it's expensive. 1.75 for washers, 1.50 for dryers and 1.50 for detergent, dryer sheets available in the hotel-store for FIVE DOLLARS for 25. EEK! I paid it then gave them to other people doing their laundry. Bring your detergent and dryer sheets and lots of quarters.
I would love to stay at the Beaver Run again and will if I visit Breckenridge.

My husband and I always stayed at a wonderful Breck B&B in the past, but this time we brought the kids and had to go the hotel/condo route. We selected Beaver Run and I'm delighted we did. A one bedroom
with balcony was perfect for our family of four - a full well-appointed kitched allowed breakfasts and at least one dinner in. The location is great - we stepped out on the balcony to watch the skiers
and lifts each morning before heading out. Outdoor hot tubs were perfect temperature and kid friendly. Indoor/outdoor pool a little small, but just fine for two six-year-olds (and there's a full bar by the pool for mom and dad :) Housekeeping service was extraordinary
- room spotless each day with great attention to detail. Free attached garage parking was super. Free shuttle into town was great, but you can easily walk also. Downsides: occasional hallway noise during night; noisy electric heat registers going off and on in middle of night in bedroom; slow elevators.

ski in but stay away ! Over priced and not clean. It maybe ski in and ski out but the place is so big and who ever lay this place out was not thinking of the guest. llllllong hallways to a sigle evevator that served 8 floors. the location is great but they need to demo this place and build something that is worthy of the location. I wish I had did more homework on this place before I booked It's a dump..

We booked this accommodation purely for the convienence for skiing and we were not dissappointed. We have 4 kids so the ease of ski storage was a HUGE benfit to us. We stayed in a 2 bedroom townhome which was roomy. The accommodation although clean was a bit shabby. The carpets were stained, kitchen drawers broken, shower a bit weak.

It was pricey over Easter but a great location. We would stay here again.
