This condo is spacious and well equipped but it is right across from the shuttle bus and they run constantly. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids and stayed here for a week. The 3rd day we were here, the TVs and Wi-Fi went out and was not fixed for 2 days. According the management, this was because the cable bill was not paid. They said the bill was being sent to the physical address rather than the owner's primary residence. Then the modem went out and the owner supposedly bought a new one but it was very slow and would often drop the connection. This problem is a big deal because my husband works in IT and needed to check on the progress of 2 projects he was managing before we left for vacation. Also on the 3rd day, I put a load of laundry in the washer and when we came back, the door to the washer and dryer was locked. I called managewent and was told that I should never had access to the washer and dryer. Management came up and unlocked the door and allowed me to dry my clothes. Because it was summer and this unit is on the 3rd floor, the bedrooms got very warm. The bedrooms face the east and get a lot off sun. There is no ac so you have to cool the rooms down by opening the windows. So the sound of the traffic and shuttle buses was very loud. I would say the last issue that really bothered me was when I called the front desk to ask for about extra bottle of shampoo and was told by Dustin that I needed to purchase my own. We received 2 small hotel bottles in the condo for the 4 of us for a week. And while we always pack our own health and beauty supplies, my son forgot to pack that bag in the car. We never mentioned our irritation over the TVs And Wi-Fi and other problems and I really felt they were being petty with the way they handled this request. We have stayed at many condos around Colorado but I will not stay here again and
I will not stay at another condo managed by pinnacle/ visit break.
