Description: The FLATBREAD Pizza Co. opened May 24, 2013. The restaurant features a Forno Bravo wood-fired oven, built by Master Mason - Brian Scott from Boulder, CO. We burn seasoned fruit wood of Apple and Peach in the oven for cooking. Our space seats 38 inside plus during summer months an additional 116 seats are on the outside patio. The open and rustic space features local pine kill trees harvested locally and used to build our bar and siding on the walls. The tables are made from reclaimed wood from Viridian in Portland, OR. We had our custom metal worker Lou Bibeau - Inferno Metal Works build us some funky art. Our open kitchen with our dome shaped oven offers our customers a warm and rustic environment to enjoy lunch and dinner. The pizza at The FLATBREAD Pizza Co. is baked in the intense heat of a Forno Bravo wood-fired oven featuring a one of a kind super-thin artisan crust. The crust has a slightly brown charred under belly. Each batch of our dough is made fresh and hand rolled. We offer a Gluten Free option.

Friendly little pizza place in downtown Breckenridge. The service was friendly and they had a lot of pizza options. All the pizza is flatbread but the crust is good and light. Overall a good option in Breck for pizza.

Highly recommend this place. We had to wait about 20 minutes (outside because the lobby is so small,) but we had the opportunity to eat at the bar sooner if we had chosen to. This was in comparison to a 2-hour wait at Giampietro. The food was well worth the wait in the cold. Highly recommend the Red Goat Salad, the White Cheese Wheel, and the Jack Herer flatbread. All were perfect and hit the spot after a long day of skiing. Great value. Will go back.

This restaurant was SURPRISINGLY scrumptious. Stellar service?? - They've got it. Delicious pizza?? - They've got it. We stumbled upon this lofted pizza place after a cold day of boarding and a hungry walk down Main Street... We could NOT have been more satisfied. Our favorite pizza place for YEARS has been Coco's in Rome, Italy and we have been searching for a thin italian style pizza that could compare ever since. We were practically in tears after biting into the tantalizing thin crust deliciousness. Ranch dressing?? --> No need. I asked for it before I had tasted my meal and quickly tossed it aside. So if you find yourself in Breck and are craving a nice pale ale (Upslope - brewed in Boulder - I had never heard of it... to say I was impressed by the flavor would be an understatement) and a fabulous pizza with CLEAN ingredients that cease to leave a greasy pit in your stomach.. just sidle on over to The Flatbread Pizza Co. They cook it right in front of you in a brick oven just so you can watch how perfection is made. Take if from me... you will not be disappointed.

Very cozy little pizza shop. Brick oven is my preferred method to cooking pizza. The pizza is light, crisp, and fresh. Had the American Pizza and loved it.

Friendly server, delicious food, no wonder it's got such great reviews. It's a small small place, so you should go for early dinner. We went at 5:15 so there were plenty of seating, but by the time we finished, it was packed. A must when you are in Breckenridge!
