We stayed in unit 6A on June 26 and we very pleased. There were no stairs to climb and we were right next to the office. Parking was very convenient and location was superb. The rooms were spacious and efficient. The master bedroom has a tempurpedic mattress which was a nice surprise. The heated floors in the restroom were nice too. The pool and hot tubs were very nice. Indoor/outdoor heated salt water pool. It was a 3 minute walk from our unit but that was not a problem. The unit is in walking distance to the free gondolas and to downtown. We ate at a Mexican restaurant in downtown that was excellent. I don't remember the entire name of the restaurant but it contained the name Jalisco.

Stayed at Pine Ridge for 5 nights early April 2013. Upon arrival was allocated a unit which did not have the correct combination of beds. I did specifically email ahead to request separate twin beds (for 2 children) in the second bedroom, but the unit offered had only a single queen bed in the second room. Promptly returned to reception and an alternative unit was offered with the correct bed layout without any fuss whatsoever.

This unit, 12D was just across the road from reception and afforded better views than the original unit, so very happy with the service from reception upon checking in. The condominium itself was superbly spacious and appointed. A couple of minor problems but in the main, very good indeed. Kitchen very well appointed. Plenty of storage for clothes etc, lots of electric points, very comfortable chairs and sofas. No hairdryer in room but reception provided one for free. Lady on reception very helpful on departure day with help on travel.weather conditions.

The (minor) downsides:
1. lighting in the unit was poor - no ceiling lights and the table lamps were not really sufficient (one was broken).
2. the main bed was "only" a queen. Not the end of the world but we had stayed in another condo in Vail the week before with a huge super king bed, also the bedding was a little tired.
3. on a couple of occasions the hot water was a little shy of comfortable for a nice hot bath. Not cold and not worth complaining about, but could have been better.
4. DVD rentals - again, having stayed elsewhere the week before where DVD rentals were free, we were surprised to see a charge of $4+ per rental - so we didn't bother.
5. First time in the hot tub was excellent - the second time the water was smelly and unpleasant - I'm sure it was a 'one-off' but didn't sample again during the time we were there.

These downsides were minor and wherever you go there will be negatives. Certainly would not prevent a repeat stay at Pine Ridge. The location is absolutely superb for skiing being just yards away from the 4 o clock piste. Bus stop to River Run chair is convenient and literally yards from the door - quick and with very friendly bus drivers. Lots of shops and eateries only a few minutes walk away in town.

Recommend the bourbon from Breckenridge Distillery and the chinese takeaway is only 200 yards away with excellent food.

Room Tip: Room 12D was absolutely fine, wouldn;t have any problems staying there again.

What a value to stay here! We had a 2 bedroom condo which was really spacious and nice. There was a decent kitchen, two bathrooms, free internet, and a comfortable living room. There was a storage locker for our gear and some nice extras like a boot dryer in the closet. We walked to Main street easily and parking was close.

Downsides: the only view was of a parking lot & we were on the ground floor so we heard people walking around above us - perhaps they were wearing their ski boots because they were pretty loud.

We didn't have any board games in our unit, and we had to rent a movie from the front desk for $4. I guess it would be nice if they would have some entertainment stocked in the units themselves. There was free cable, HBO, and Showtime though.

We would definitely stay here again, especially at this price.

Pine Ridge was a great place to stay! The unit was very clean and the people were great. Great location and convient to everything. We were able to ski right up to our back door every day. The price was right and felt like we got a great value.

Room Tip: Units at the lowest prices are a little dated but very clean. For a luxury unit choose the platinum...

We paid a little extra to get a platinum condo and glad we did. Lovely 2 bedroom with tons of room. The steam shower in the master bathroom was amazing after a long day of skiing. You had to take a bus to the slopes but you could ski right in! The hot tubs were decent but the pool was quite a hike and shared by other condos so we never even tried it. The condos are close to the street but we never heard any noise at night. The only bummer was our balcony looked out at the parking lot and street. We have stayed at other "more upscale" condos in Breck but we re-booked Pine Ridge for next year based on the location and the size of the units. Great place!

Room Tip: Book a platinum condo.

Pine Ridge Condominiums is a great place to stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great. You can ski right to the condo. Our boys skied in, ate lunch and then headed back out to the slopes. You are only a couple blocks from Main St. which is a very easy walk. The condo was large, updated, and very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

I love Pine Ridge! They are really nice and a convenient location for the ski slopes and for downtown restaurants and shopping. I've never had any problems staying here, and it's a great atmosphere. They even have DVDs in the lobby to borrow if you want to watch a movie and relax! The hot tub is wonderful. They also have ski lockers on the bottom floor so you don't have to store them in your room.

Room Tip: If you're planning on skiing a lot, stay on the 1st floor (A rooms). You won't have to walk...
