Just got back from Breckenridge. We stayed at Pine Ridge Condos for the week and enjoyed our stay. We stayed in building 7. Our unit was slightly out-dated from a decorative perspective, but 100% functional & comfortable. We enjoyed being next to 4 O'clock run which allowed us to ski in to our front door which we used everyday for lunch. The free shuttle bus was only 30 yds from our door and a 2 minute ride to the Snowflake lift or a 5 minute ride to the base of Peak 9 ... extremely convenient and much less expensive than staying at some of the resorts at the base of Peak 8 or 9. We also took advantage of the hot tub right next to our building after skiing each day and before heading downtown to dinner. Pine Ridge condos are located 1.5 block walk to Main Street where all the shops and restaurants are located ... we found this to be very convenient and didn't have to use our car all week.

When we go back to Breckenridge, we would definitely stay at Pine Ridge condos again!

Our recent stay at Pine Ridge exceeded our expectations. The condo was perfectly laid out for our group, which ranged from 3 - 10 people over 4 days. The open floor plan with the high ceilings gave an added sense of space, and the mountain themed decor was charming. It came equipped with everything we needed.

You can't beat the location, within a short walk or shuttle ride to the base of Peak 9. Skiing back home on 4 O'Clock was a dream. On the first day, we dropped off the rental car after doing a run for groceries, and we never needed the car at all. The quaint village is just across the street. Renting equipment at Christy's in the complex was a breeze.

The young staff at the office were cheerful and helpful. (One older woman was less so.) Our request for a repair of a broken closet door was handled right away. The handyman even fixed something we didn't know was broken.

I'm not a fan of returning to the same place year after year, but we may have to make an exception for Pine Ridge. It was absolutely perfect !

Love Pine Ridge for it's quality of accommodation and location. Some units are virtually ski in/ ski out (the rest are v. close to bus stops so very little walking involved). The condos are very large and well equipped with washer driers, dishwashers, fridge/freezers, fires. They also have two full bathrooms.
Maintenance is very good with prompt attention to any niggles (we couldn't get the tv remote to work - d'oh!).
Highly recommended!

Group of seven stayed in 8E. Great condo, lots of room and tastefully decorated. A lot of stairs to climb but hey if you're skiing you should be able to handle it. Would definitely stay there again. There is a pool but it is located in the Sundowner condos. Christi Sports is located on site. Speak to Ski Bum Jesus he was very knowledgable and gave us great rental demos.

Location is perfect! Walked 1/2 block to shuttle up to mountain and skied back to our door! Walk across the street and 1 block and you are downtown! Our room had 2 bedrooms and a loft with 4 single beds. Was supposed to have sofa bed but it was broken, so we were given 2 aero beds. Front desk was very attentive. Kitchen had every amenity we could need for 10 people for a week. Sofas were comfortable. Appreciated movie channels on TV plus tons of games and videos to choose from. Condo was WAY over decorated so would worry about little kids with all the "stuff" around. We had to put things away so that we had room to unload our things on top of bureaus, etc. Loved the washer/dryer. Also, second bedroom had no bureau. Hard to place clothes!! Would stay here again.

Room Tip: Look at beds in each condo to be sure about the right number for your party.

Check-in staff were friendly and efficient and the process was straightforward.
We stayed in 7B and were very impressed by the size of the condo. We had a large living space with a fully equipped kitchen plus washing machine and dryer. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the two bathrooms were more than we needed for two people, but meant no waiting for the shower!
The property is just a short walk to Main St.
The bus stop, to either the Snowflake lift or Beaver Run, is just outside, and skiing/boarding back at the end of the day via the Four O'clock run is simple and convenient.
We've been coming to Breckenridge for many years and stayed in lots of good apartments; this is another we'd happily return to.

We went to this Condo complex over President's Day Weekend and booked a 2 bedroom condo through Expedia for $399/night. We had some friends that booked a 2 bedroom condo 2 days after we did for $399/night as well, but directly from the Pine Ridge website. Being an Expedia Elite Plus member, I was confident we would get a much nicer room through Expedia than our friends that booked directly. After all, I am Elite Plus Expedia member who books a lot of hotel nights through Expedia!

Upon arriving before our friends, we checked into Unit 8A with the name Peterson on the front door. When we walked in, we were horrified to see dated furniture from the 1970's, old formica countertops, and old appliances. Then we made it to the bedrooms, oh no ! The "Master Suite" had a Full Bed (we sleep on a Queen at home, so yes, we know if its smaller than our mattress at home, it's a Full). The pillows were all pancake-flat. All for the bargain price of $400/night). I went to the office to express my disappoinment at the room, but of course they were full and couldnt move us. I wonder how many of these people were Expedia Elite? It might be even worse if you were just a regular Expedia user. Wow. Just Wow. I travel a lot for work, and this was Marriott prices for an Econo Lodge room.

Then our friends check in to unit 12B across the street. Their unit was bigger, updated furniture, granite countertops, stainless appliances, and more square footage. They also had a King Bed. All for the same $399/night, booking a few days after me, checking in after us. I was floored.

So yes there are some nice rooms at Pine Ridge. But, if you book through Expedia or another booking site, you will obviously get the shaft because the Condo owners must make less on their rentals, so they book you in rooms they normally can't rent out, which are the awful ones. I booked mine first, checked in first, paid the same rate, but used Expedia. Apparently that was a bad decision, so next time I will use Expedia to shop for rooms then book direct.

Breckenridge is awesome though! Thank goodness!!!
