Very nice clean condo and nice updates.

We were really happy with the location and overall the property was fine. The biggest issue was that the condo above us E303 was very noisey. The tenants were not noisey per se, but you could tell that the floor boards needed work. We could hear literally every footstep! We could hear them get OUT of bed and walk to the bathroom, back to bed, etc. It was very, very disruptive and as a result of that alone, I will not recommend this particular unit to anyone nor will I stay there again. I told the staff at Summit upon check out but they didn't seem to care. I don't think E303 is one of their rentals. I wish someone would contact the owners of both this unit and that one, and get this resolved. It was BAD. I was very surprised as it seemed the construction was solid but apparently not in E303. If I owned this unit E203, Lastly, the temps were hard to control as well.

We enjoyed our third stay at Summit Mountain Rental's condo in Park Place, Breckenridge. Clean and comfortable and very accessible to the town center and Four O'Clock run at the end of the skiing day
