...has a nice ring to it, and the hotel is pretty nice as well! I ended up paying for a corner executive suite, gorgeous view of the Rockies outside of town, French Provincial furniture, wrought iron bed, top floor (4th) of the new wing, all for $189. A bit much for a single business traveler, but I registered late. Very nicely appointed, would be a good place for those in a romantic mood. Robes were nice, the jacuzzi tub was a bit of a joke--don't pay extra just to get that. Very comfy bed, room was pretty quiet depite being above two busy streets. The Wi-Fi worked well, but was a bit clunky, had to keep re-entering your info, plus when I was downloading large files from my email, a message appeared that my download speed was being cut to 56K because it appeared that I was downloading questionable (i.e. big?) files---really, I swear they were only Powerpoint presentations! Didn't try room service, but the attached restaurant was good, nice atmosphere. Wonderful old lobby, and they've done a nice job making the new addition seem traditional. I'd definitely come back here w my wife. I was in room 1044.
