We picked the Bradley for the site of our 50th wedding anniversary celebration because of its high rating on Trip Advisor.. It was perfect for our group of ten, which included teenagers. We were able to gather and converse in the Great Room and each of our rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, served in a breakfast area that also was conducive to talking with each other.
A previous review mentioned the stains on the carpet. I decided to write the Bradley and inquire why this was not addressed as it seemed out of character compared to the excellent condition of the rest of the inn. I received a very prompt and logical answer. As it was their busy season it proved very difficult to find a time to clean the carpet when it doesn't inconvience the guests . However, they assured me that they have re-thought that practice and are exploring ways for this situation not to be a problem in the future.
The location was perfect and we were able park our car and walk everywhere.

I highly reccomend The Bradley !

We we found the Bradley in TripAdvsior and it sounded great. We checked for availability at Bradley website. They showed a Queen avaialble for our dates 9/10-9/12. We tried to reserve but a message told us to pls email the Bradley. We emailed the Bradley and they said they had a room for the two nights. We replied asking for price info. They replied they don't have the room anymore. We phoned them, not referring to the note.
They said "oh yes, we have a room for either 9/10 or 9/11." I said "oh but we need a room for two nights, two different rooms are fine if needed, but we need two nights" They said, very nicely and graciously I might add: "Sorry we can not give you both nights, you can have one or the other but not both. That is how we do reservations." So I reserved one night, but since I couldn't get the second night somewhere else I wanted (most have two-night minumum for those dates), I had to cancel. It was just very weird that they have a "one night maximum" when others have a "two night minimum". The seemed nice so I was willing to go along, but my husband and my daughter right away remarked that this was a pretty weird reservation experience, as a predictor where my husband and daughter would worry about other potential problems later. On second thought really the whole thing did not make a lot of sense. Maybe the management wants to clarify here? It was frustrating getting tempted by all the stellar TripAdvisor reviews, then trying to reserve and having this odd experience. Has this happened to others, or are we "special"?

Hello SueSyo: Many apologies for the confusion with your reservation, and you are right, "a one-night maximum stay" would indeed be an odd way to run a hotel and stay in business!" Sounds as though we misunderstood your request, and we hope you'll accept our sincere apologies. I did check into this issue and when you had originally inquired for your requested nights, we did have availability, albeit not in the same room for both nights. September reservations are in high demand in Boulder and by the time we had the opportunity to speak on the phone, the second night had been snapped up, leaving only availability for your first night. We make every effort to handle every potential guest with the utmost care and if we slipped-up on our end, we are so sorry. We do hope you'll give us another chance to welcome you back to The Bradley another time. Until then, we wish you all the best...

The Bradley was a great place to stay for a quick get-away to Boulder. It is in a nice location around food and shopping. Our room had a nice little balcony and we were thrilled to be able to open the door and let the fresh air inn. The ladies who run the Bradley were very friendly and eager to assist in anything they could. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The only small issue we had with our room was the water temperature change while taking a shower. The breakfast is small so if you want a large breakfast with variety then we suggest going out to breakfast. But if you enjoy a piece of fresh quiche and coffee this breakfast is just fine. We enjoyed the late afternoon wine and cheese--just get there when it starts or there is nothing left. The large living room is a nice place to sit and relax. I also loved that they did not charge to park and we were abel to store our mountain bikes in a locked location!

Boulder is a great place to relax, shop and hike, if you are looking for night life it is limited. The Bradley offers an awsome breakfast plus the wine and cheese in the evening was great after a long day of hiking.

My husband and I travel quite a lot and the Bradley exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere was so warm and engaging. We had personalized attention from the minute we walked in the door. The great room with fireplace is so cozy and inviting. Breakfast was delightful and they have a constant supply of homemade cookies and scones throughout the day. We missed the wine and cheese hour, but I'm sure it's delightful. I just can't say enough great things about this hotel.

This is a second visit to Boulder to visit CU on a college visit for our high school senior. We wanted to stay at a property that would give us feel for the Boulder lifestyle/community. This property fit the bill perfectly...all the benefits of a B & B and hotel combined. Charming feel, helpful staff (they even printed scholarship applications for us)....GREAT LOCATION, walk to awesome restaurants, shopping etc.

It feels like staying at a favorite friend's cozy place filled with local art and comfortable furnishings. We were relaxed and happy here. We stayed 3 nights and would definately return.

Our student decided to enroll at CU on this trip. Thanks Bradley!

We heard about The Bradley through word of mouth and very happy we did. THe quaint B&B was fabulous. It's charming, comfortable and warm. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. I especially love that they do not nickel and dime you to death. Need a bottled water or a coke? Help yourself in the kitchen. Everything is included in your stay. We had a great time at this cute B&B in the heart of downtown Boulder... walking distance to great shops and restaurants.
