Really good beer, we tried two different Fate brews. If you go on the waiting list for a table you gent Happy Hour prices on the Fate brews which is a nice touch. The food was quite eclectic with an uncertain reasoning behind it. Sort of like let's throw together this weird combo an see what happens. My wife had a burger that was bison, lamb, beef mix that she really didn't like. She had it rare. When I heated it the next day to medium and the juices mingled it was better. On the other hand I really liked the Cuban sandwich with the hand carved ham and great bread. Both came with lots of fries. The restaurant has huge out door patios behind a berm that shelters you from road noise from Arapahoe. This was the most uniform demographic I have seen in a long time in Boulder. Almost everyone was in their late twenties or thirties with several "starter" families. The wait staff was cheery and full of life. Everyone from customers to staff seemed laid back and enjoying themselves.
