You rarely hear "good value" and "Boulder" in the same sentence when describing a restaurant. We ate at Sherpa's tonight for the first time. The seating areas, whether inside or out, offer excellent ambiance, with the interior decorated with pictures from the Himalayas, and the outside perfect for a summer evening meal. We had 2 appetizers which were very well priced (the bread at $2.50 was a bargain), and an entree apiece. The entrees were good, maybe not great ethnic food, but you couldn't beat the price. Their beer and wine was very reasonable (I thought the draft beer was another bargain). The service was a bit rushed, but friendly. Overall, we thought it was an excellent dining experience and wouldn't hesitate to return. An added bonus is that one of the chefs has scaled Everest multiple times.
