“a good lunch stop”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 15, 2012

we had the lunch buffet and thought it was good value. Could have had a few more vegetable offerings but overall it was quite good.

“This is surely the best Indian food in Boulder”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 20, 2012

After reading a very positive review on this restaurant in the Daily camera (http://www.dailycamera.com/lifestyles/ci_21329581/jai-ho-offers-good-variety-good-indian-food) we visited this restaurant in Sunday. Everything was wonderful -- the most delicious Indian food i ever tasted. There was an Indian movie on the TV screen and the place was full of Indians. The only surprise was a tiered pricing for the buffet -- $9.95 weekdays, $12.95 Saturday, and $13:95 on Sundays, with extra offerings.

“Better than average”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 20, 2012

We have visited this restaurant couple of times, and like it most for the fact that this is the one of the two South Indian restaurant in this part of the Denver suburb (other being Tiffins). Their menu provides lot of choice but we have consistently found the food a bit salty and oily. Once we found an item (medhu vada) tasting stale as well. We generally like their South Indian non-vegetarian fare.

The restaurant is family-friendly (we visit with our two young boys), the service is reasonably prompt and has a good dine-in ambiance. Will go again, now that we have identified a few dishes that we like and is of good quality.

“jai ho”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 5, 2012

jai ho is the only true indian restaurant at boulder, Unlike the nepali resturant at taj ,2630 Baseline Road Boulder, CO 80305 , which they claim to be a indian resturant which its not And it tastes nothing like indian. I being a indian would recommend to go only to jai ho. And if you are in longmont then only for lunch you may go to "flavour of india" at 516 Main Street Longmont, CO 80501. At jai ho the cook is chennai indian, but in flavour of india its run by punjabi but ccoked by US guy, but still its ok.

“you'll think you're in Mumbai (rather than the Himalayas)”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 18, 2012

Most Indian restaurants in Boulder County feature the cuisine of Northern India. While many are excellent restaurants - if you're longing for dosas or vatas, head for Jai Ho. My dosa was enormous...and delicious. I wlll return soon to try their idli. If you don't recognize these dishes -- it's time to break out of the tandoori box! Indian food has even more variety than "European" food - Jai Ho a place to expand your tastes.
