“Best breakfast in Boulder”
Reviewed October 14, 2013

First of all, you have to know you will wait to get a table----but it's worth it! The atmosphere Is funky mid-century & fun. The food is to die for with the pot pie our favorite. It's a sausage gravy on top of a flaky puff pastry with an egg on top. Served with hash browns. Everything is fabulous. I've waited 30 minutes, 45 minutes and and hour and 10 minutes on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Good shopping next to the restaurant. They text you when your table is ready.

“Amazing food, long wait, but worth it!”
Reviewed October 4, 2013 via mobile

We have been to Snooze many times, in both Denver & Boulder. The food is always amazing & there is always a wait (especially on the weekends). My favorite is the corned beef hash & the different pancakes!

“Good food--ridiculously long wait time.”
Reviewed October 1, 2013

Went here with friends one weekend morning on a whim-- we chose to suffer through the two-hour long wait time because we really wanted to try it. Of course, we didn't expect the best service for how busy they were, but the food got to the table reasonably quick and was worth the wait. The atmosphere is retro and fun. Try the pancakes!!

“Fun but long lines”

Huge portions, good food and well prepared. But be prepared to wait at least half an hour, even on a weekday at a non-peak time.

“Get there early!”
Reviewed September 26, 2013 via mobile

This is a great breakfast and very trendy. If you stroll in fashionably late, expect a long wait. They could be twice as large and you could still wait. Everything on the menu is delicious and some are unique. The head chef has done a great job. Lots of hipsters and trustafarians, but this place is for everyone.
