Go there early! It's 50's funky decor, great service, great food, but super-busy. I had the breakfast pot pie, hubby had corned beef hash, 2 others had Mexican huevos/stuff and all said DELISH!. If you don't make it early enough to get seated as you arrive, wait for a time, and if you give up the ghost and get impatient...go to Lucille's (might be a wait, too) or Foolish Craig's (near). Both are good, if not great!

“Delicious food and coffee, but get there early and be prepared!”
Reviewed February 3, 2013

Snooze is worth checking out if you are visiting Boulder. It is a quick walk if you are staying at the Bradley, or The Boulderado. If you drive, you either need to pay for parking on Pearl or park on Spruce or Pine for free. They have outdoor seating, but if you sit out there bring sunglasses, layers and be prepared to have visitors from the streets of Boulder at times. We had the delight of a 15 year old skate boarder skating through the huge crowd outside of the restaurant and throwing down about 50 bang snaps as he rode through.

The food is very good, as is the coffee. The portions are large. The service is friendly, but they need more staff. We waited FOREVER to get our check and leave, and while we were waiting nobody checked on us. They need to hire some additional folks if they are going to cater to the crowds they have on weekends.

The scene is a combination of local families and college students enjoying the Bloody Marys. I didn't find it pretentious, but it does give you a sense of that "Boulder" vibe, and that vibe is largely one of dressed down privilege.

“OMG the breakfast of your dreams!”
Reviewed January 10, 2013

I have a food and beverage background. Imagine a breakfast restaurant with a vibrant decor, peppy, pleasant music, comfortable seating, enthusiastic staff and a menu of all the great items that many restaurants only serve on Sunday Brunch. The fantastic choices, superior quality and perfect execution make this the breakfast restaurant of your dreams. Can you remember the last time you could not wait to tell people about a great breakfast... dine here and you will be telling everybody.

“I get excited before going to bed when I am eating breakfast here in the morning”
Reviewed January 8, 2013 via mobile

Breakfast does not get better than this. The lines tell the truth, Snooze is amazing! I have been here about once a month for the last year and I am addicted. I am pathetic tho because I usually get the same thing: egg scramble with chicken sausage and goat cheese. If I'm doing a long ride ill get a pancake on the side - go for the chocolate chip! The coffee is great too. The service and overall vibe of the establishment is pleasant as well. I can't believe I survived before Snooze opened in Boulder. Oh, and the other breakfast places are pretenders. I have tried them. The only thing Snooze could do to improve is serve the chai tea from the Boulder Dushanbe Tea House.
