The pizza is fantastic but I think there are many choices that do not include a pizza. Their menu changes I think regularly based on what is in season or of interest to the chef/owner. They have the highest quality ingredients such as the burrata cheese with artichoke/roasted farm bread toast points to spread it on, the roasted vegetable salad, we had the calamari appetizer that included a light tempura like squash blossom ... yum! The pizza oven is 800 degrees ... I like the crispy, maybe some burn on the bottom crust and the toppings are delicous. They have a wine steward that will talk with you about their wine selection and he was fun to talk to and we selected a great wine ... they have a small(ish) wine list which includes Colorado wines and I think all regions/varieties are well represented. I think it is a creative delicious menu with lots of choices that might surprise you. Visit and enjoy!
