“Love the Meadows Branch”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 6, 2012

Great library system! Love the online wait list and option to pick up at the nearest library. The main library is a bit uncomfortable with all the homeless. The staff at Meadows is fabulous!!

“Great place to spend a couple of hours -- or the whole day!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 28, 2012

The Library is right along the Boulder Creek Path, so it's a convenient stop. It's a modern building, with lots of light, so delightful on a bright or cloudy day. I go to catch up on the magazine issues that I've missed. There's lots more though, including a terrific children's section, with storytelling and other programs.

“Main Library is very interesting”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 16, 2012

The Boulder Public Main Library is beautifully set along Boulder Creek. The architecture of the front of the building skillfully reflects the shape of the nearby Flatiorns. The library has a art gallery with frequent interesting exhibits and also offers many free programs.

“Large and Modern, Near a River”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 11, 2012

This is a large, modern library, with everything you can think of. A ton of old and new and independent films; variety of magazines, good history books and business tips. It includes a theater which shows old films and new festival movies. Big kids' section. A small art gallery with frequent showings of local art. Talks and club meetings (eg, writing groups). Free internet. And, next to the building is the Boulder Creek where you can have a sandwich and read a book. (Free parking in two lots; but watch out for the section for employees).
