My family and I went to the Golden Gates Casino for the first time this weekend. We normally go to the isle or the lodge. When we arrive, we sign up an to receive members cards. We are told to go to the kiosk and activate it. The kiosk is less than ten feet from the front desk. It is out of order. I go back to the front desk, I am told to wait so she can go bag up popcorn that nobody makes a mess( I didn't see a single person get popcorn while I was there). I then asked if I could speak to a manager. No help from the lady bagging popcorn or the security woman. Both of them were rude, and lazy. They did not care to receive mine or my families business. I will never be going back. I called and tried to get a hold of a manager. No help on the phone either. If anyone of my employees ever treated a customer like that; they would be fired on the spot.
