Picture yourself sitting on a deck looking over the Poudre River in the company of fly fisherman, bikers, mountain men, photographers, etc. You'll watch kayakers and rafters in the river, possibly. mountain goats on the mountain, and have a good chance of seeing eagles and other raptors. Burgers and beer compliment the show and I'd recommend trying the Rocky Mountain oysters. Go in the spring when the water is high and fast and you'll really enjoy the show the kayakers and rafters put on. This is one of our favorite places to take visitors to Colorado, the drive up is scenic and adds to the total experience.

Mishawaka is not only located in a beautiful location, it also has amazing food and awesome music. Located next to the idyllic Poudre River, it is the perfect spot to enjoy an excellent meal, incredible views, and your favorite bands or musicians! During the spring, summer and fall months, you can sit on the deck while dining and watch the mountian goats play on the hillside, enjoy whitewater rafters and kayakers paddling down the rapids, and enjoy your favorite live music. This place is a historical landmark that should not be missed if you are visiting Fort Collins or northern Colorado.

If you want a scenic spot to have a nice lunch this is it. With indoor and outdoor decks over the Poudre River and mountains in the background this was a super spot to grab a bite to eat. Menu offerings covered the basics of a cafe with various treats added in. Pulled pork sandwich was very good and didn't rely on heavy sauce to create flavor. Edamame appetizer was a nice surprise and green chicken chili tasted great and appeared to have been homemade that day. Service was good too. Place offers large seating for music events and has a bar but for a nice lunch this place was a pleasant surprise.

A scenic drive from Fort Collins in the area that burned last summer sits a roadside cafe along the river. We came for the burgers and onion rings and were not disappointed with the food and the deck over the water. No signs before the cafe, so be ready when you read the name on the roof and see the motorcycles out front! Apparently concerts are held in the small amphitheater but we had loud 80s music while we waited in the bar for an outside table. It seems to be a friendly local kind of place and I would return for the river view on a hot summer day, and the local brews.

Came here with friends for dinner and to see a concert while visiting Ft. Collins. Took the shuttle from the Ft. Collin's transport center which is a great way to go. Enjoyed a decent dinner of pub food on the deck next to the Pudre River. Particularly enjoyed the nachos. Listened to two acts and part of the headliner - which we wished would have started earlier in the evening. A really beautiful venue for live music with a great setting in a canyon next to the river and a very casual air. Definitely a lively crowd for this particular night of music.
