We stayed at Highlands Lodge during the summer and it was absolutely beautiful. The lodge has its own pool which is great but the management company also gives guests access to the Allegria spa and pool at Park Hyatt (a short walk down the hill into the village). This was a real treat, amazing gym, steam, sauna and more pools and hot tubs!

Our condo was outstanding, with enormous Windows that are appointed with shade blinds in case you want to keep the room cool or darker. The building doesn't have AC but we were perfectly fine, the management company gave us 2 large fans just in case.

I can't imagine how amazing a stay would be here during winter but would have to guess that this is one of the best places to stay! We will be back!

Stayed in a 3 bedroom on the 3d floor of the Highlands Lodge. Very clean , nice unit. Flatscreen tvs, modern appliances , appealing rooms..The only thing was that the A?C didn't seem to do much as far as cooling, but as it was cold outside, opening the windows did the trick.
It truly is ski-in /ski out, with nice big lockers assigned to each room. The skis could be left safely in a slot to hold them and poles overnight without having to put them in lockers. Vey convenient to have ski jackets and gear ready to go downstairs every morning . Its a quick ride up a lift and a ski back down to Centennial and you can access anything.
We even borrowed some family movies for the DVD player at the front desk .
I would definitely stay there again !

We took the family and we had plenty of room. We stayed at Westview. The top or third floor is the best as it has high ceilings and the best view. The staff was courteous. Better to book when not a holiday as it is twice as high. Ski in and ski out.
The unit could sleep up to 10.

Room tip: Third floor is the best. High ceilings and great view.

We traveled with 2 other families and all 11 of us stayed in Room 405....it's perfect with 2 bunk beds plus pullouts in the loft with it's own bath for the kids. 3 BRs on main level with gorgeous furnishings, linens and decor...huge 2-story vaulted room overlooking the mountains! The ski access is unbelievable...if the youngsters just want to ski the bunny hill it's right outside the back door. Everyone will enjoy being able to come back for lunch, and the village is a short walk or you can call dail-a-ride for quick rides to town. Great hot tubs and heated lap pool, spa @ Park Hyatt just a block away, heated parking underneath so it's easy to get your gear unloaded and loaded.

Room tip: 4th floor loft was hot for kids. Highlands lift rarely checks lift tickets beginner skiers may not even need a lift ticket....saves big $'s.

Spent a week with friends in second story 3 bdrm -- can't remember the room number but the unit was last one on the hallway if you went right upon exiting the elevator. Plushly furnished, nicely stocked with basic amenities, nice large screen TVs. The Lodge has very convenient access to a trail which put you on the slopes within seconds. Convenient walking distance (downhill) to the main ski area shopping/restaurant area (5-10 min depending on your speed and snow/ice conditions) but the return trip is a moderate uphill trek. Only downside was one room humidifier that didn't work -- property mgmt wouldn't replace it but said we could rent a working unit (really???) Overall highly recommended and would stay here again.

Room tip: If possible, get pics in advance, to include views from the unit's windows.
