This hotel knows about service and luxury. The room was spacious with a comfy bed and luxurious linens and bath amenities, a trendy gas fireplace and a sofa. There was no bathtub but a very nice glass enclosed shower. The fitness room was on the small side but totally adequate, with free weights, chilled towels, yoga mats, a bosu ball and a few workout machines. There was tea, coffee, granola bars and fruit placed throughout the hotel, and a ready supply of newspapers (NYT and WSJ). Wifi was super-fast. Staff was uniformly friendly, warm, and attentive. When I checked out, I left a wireless keyboard in my room. Before I even knew it was missing, when I got back to my office, there was a message from the hotel saying they found it, and they FedExed it back to me free of charge. What service!

Room Tip: If you value privacy, the first floor rooms looking out toward the mountain have big windows which m...

Stayed 2 nights. Great place! Lots of amenities like free DVD kiosk, free filtered water in the room, free Starbucks coffee and tea in the lobby. Other places on our trip were all about up-charging for the little things, so this was a nice twist. Staff was awesome, with the valet even pointing out that my tire pressure light was on, and trying to figure out which tire it was. Room was spacious and luxurious.

Our anniversary getaway to Beaver Creek was wonderful. The Osprey is a small quant hotel. Its Clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I was shocked by how Small the restaurant/bar was. The rooms were impressive. Clean and modern. Loved the stone fireplace. Very romantic and beautiful. The bed and linens were so soft it felt like clouds. Loved the shampoo/conditioner/lotion. You get free movie rentals here. The tapas were good at the restaurant. Bartender was awesome- very nice and helpful to our questions of where to go. We came here in the summer. This hotel would be great to stay at in the winter to go skiing. You walk out the back lobby doors and the chairlift is right there. The Hotel sits at top of beaver creek. Its absolutely beautiful here. Close to all chairlifts and the village/shops and restaurants. Travel + leisure rated this hotel #21.

We had just finished running over 120 miles - the GoreTex Trans-Rockies Run.
And what a fabulous surprise this Place was! Pure Heaven & so close to everything! The Staff was warm & personable and quick to serve. The Rooms are spacious with comfy beds, fireplace, couch, magazines, coffee, tea, and all the extras you could possibly need. The Bar was right on our floor with a huge, comfy lounge area. I can't wait to go back!!!

recently stayed at the osprey, up in beaver creek. we were staying there based on the location. the finish line of the aspen- beaver creek bike race (stage 4 of this years usa pro cycling challenge) was right next to the hotel. anyway, it was awesome. the general manager upgraded our room for no good reason- he was just being nice. got great, friendly service from everyone there. the food at the lounge is shockingly good- sort of mexican-haute-cuisine-tapas?...
pool and hot tub were awesome. great spot, happy and friendly staff. highly recommended.

The staff was very nice. The kind King bedrooms have a fireplace. The rooms are spaciaous, clean, and decorated modern. There is a small pool, steam , room and sauna. The only draw back is the fitness center is very small. They have a kiosk in the lobby with free movies. That was nice since it started pouring down rain when we arrived. I bidded on a four star hotel in Beaver Creek one Priceline so it was well worth the deal we got.

This was our second stay at the Osprey in Beaver Creek, Colorado. That tells you something, I'd guess!

This is a beautiful facility with first-class rooms, a fine lounge, and a short walk access to all of the activities of the main Beaver Creek Village. For skiers, there is a lift that is literally 30 feet from the back of the hotel.

We stayed at the Osprey in the summer, though - my favorite time of the year in Colorado. There is so much to do nearby, ranging from hiking, mountain biking, ice skating (even in August!) and many activities for the kids. Dining choices in Beaver Creek, Vail, and Edwards are fabulous!

We loved the room! It was not terribly spacious, but included a fabulous king bed that was simply outstanding. The dedicated shower (no tub) was great, the facility was very quiet (mostly - more about that later). There were two luxury sinks with makeup mirror. The a/c unit was more like a residential unit rather than a through the wall motel unit. It cycled on and off, but was pretty quiet. We didn't need it, choosing instead to enjoy the cool Colorado air through the open windows!

Beaver Creek offers a free shuttle that goes wherever you'd like, but you probably won't need it unless you wish to skip a lengthy walk to the stables, There is a resort fee that covers such services.

We had a couple disappointments that I'll register only because this was a luxury resort rather than a chain motel. First, our room location wasn't good. It was on the second floor, looking directly at the chair lifts. Not much of a view, especially in comparison to our first visit where we faced the ski slopes and the beautiful little chapel across the street. We purchased a value package and it was near the end of peak summer season, so I guess I should have expected less than the best room.

The second issue was the buzzer on the clothes dryer across from our room. Another guest was doing laundry at 4:00am and apparently neglected to shut off the audible tone. It went off repeatedly for about an hour. We had intended to leave early that morning, so it was not a huge deal. Be sure NOT to get a room near the laundry area!

That said, we'd certainly go back with an assurance of a different room further away from the laundry area and perhaps facing the slopes or high enough to see over the ski lift. Our first visit was SO outstanding that it more than offsets the inconveniences we encountered on the second visit. The Osprey offers luxury in an incredible value package while in the midst of all the great Beaver Creek amenities.

Room Tip: Try to avoid the 2nd floor back side of the hotel that faces the ski lift. Also, avoid the laundry...
