“Great ambience”
Reviewed April 7, 2014

Great cabin ambience. Excellent food and service. Large dining area, kid friendly, group friendly. We have been to this restaurant two consecutive years on our ski trips because we liked it so much!

“Dining at its best in the US West!”
Reviewed April 3, 2014

I recently dined with family and friends at this wonderful restaurant. Upon entering the restaurant you are in awe of the beautiful wooden vaulted ceilings and large windows. Although a very large space, it feels very intimate. We are shown to our table and encouraged to take our glasses of wine to visit the museum on the main floor before ordering our meals. The museum is full of interesting western and native American artifacts. Upon returning to our table we are greeted by our server. She is attentive throughout our meal and was a pleasure. The meals were well presented and delicious. The menu features traditional finds such as steaks but also includes a variety of game meats. We finished our meals with several tasty desserts. I would highly recommend visiting this dining establishment. It's well worth the trip to Beaver Creek.

“great ambiance, food and service”
Reviewed March 15, 2014

Let's start with the building - it has beautiful vaulted ceilings, all in wood with big windows, and it sits up against the base of Beaver Creek mountain. The food and service is wonderful. There is a "museum room" on the first level of the building that has many Colorado artifacts and should not be missed. If you dine on Thursdays, you will get a great view of the Beaver Creek fireworks and on a few other nights, they have a gentleman who plays music as he strolls through the restaurant. This is a hidden gem!!

“Did not, will not.”
Reviewed February 27, 2014 via mobile

Had a reservation with friends at 8; snow storm; running late. I called to push the time to 8:30. The manager stated if we weren't there by 8, we would not be seated. I asked if we could come at 8:30 for desert and coffee. He said "No." We would have to be there at 8 and order full meals.

He (really a server) missed a good tab since we were celebrating an occasion and ended at another restaurant that liked the amount of port we drank.

With a manager attitude like this, it must be reflected in the food and service.

“Not to be missed”
Reviewed February 23, 2014 via mobile

Beaver Creek offers fantastic dinning, SaddleRidge is my favorite for a combination of great food and experience. It's off the beaten path so you must make a special effort to go there but it is worth it.
