Description: Toscanini is nestled at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain, next to the skating rink in the heart of the village. The alpine backdrop lends itself to la dolce vita, and the atmosphere is lively and informal. The cuisine is stylish and contemporary, the flavor authentically Italian. Watch our chefs prepare individual pizzas, house-made pastas, and fresh seafood in the open kitchen. Enjoy a selection from our Wine Spectator Award of Excellence Italian wine list. Our newly expanded bar and lounge is the perfect stop for cocktails, small dishes or dinner before heading down the escalators to the Vilar Center for the Arts. Toscanini is open daily at 3pm for apres and 5pm for dinner.

This is an attractive looking restaurant located right next to the ice rink at Beaver Creek. It's a very nice location and it's a treat to sit outdoors. Wait staff was smart, personable, and able to engage in some pretty high level banter, making it a pleasant experience overall. They were offering 30% off of their wine list (or you can take a 15% reduction off the whole bill - since we were also attending a Vilar concert. We made clear to our waiter that we had a concert to attend and he assured us that he would have us out with plenty of time. As it turned out, we were a bit rushed and made it as the lights were dimmed signaling the beginning of the performance. The caprese salad was good, though the heirloom tomatoes looked pale. Ample amounts of cheese, but the sweet basil was limited to one crudely cut piece per/tomato slice. Just OK. My lasagna was average - a large portion - but as others have stated, overpriced for what you get. So, you're paying for ambience, location whereas the food may be better elsewhere.

We sat outside near the ice skating rink near a corner, so it was a quiet and nice setting. Food portion sizes for the baked penne and linguine were large, so if you are a small eater, maybe share it with someone else at your table. The baked penne was delicious. My husband had the ravioli in some sort of cream sauce -okay but don't think he would order it again. The prices at the restaurant are overpriced and the level of service is just okay.

You should have a reservation here. It is busy and not worth waiting hours for. Decent ambiance and average food with above average price tag. Jam packed with families and tables too close together. Nice location in the village convenient to many other activities. Our waiter did the best he could but was just swamped. We felt bad for him.

Our party of four had a great meal here. All the dishes were very good except the Pappardelle. We were fortunate to eat here during the mud season when all the entrees were half off, which made the meal affordable. But at full menu prices, this place would be pretty outrageous. If money is no object, though...

We wanted to have a special dinner and this restaurant filled the bill. It is very attractive inside and has a nice view of the skating rink in the center of Beaver Creek Village. The pasta is homemade and the service was very good. We were pleased with this restaurant.
