I agree this is a good casual dining spot. Service is a little sketchy in the restaurant area. I had a surprisingly good plate of pasta here that was somewhat unexpected given the casual atmosphere. It caught me by surprise and it was actually perfectly seasoned. I paid much more at Ristorante Ti Amo for a much lower quality pasta meal. Was it a fluke ?? A great meal deal in Beaver Creek is to sit in the bar area and order off the bar menu before 6pm. Good bar food at reasonable prices. The Dusty Boot is a great choice for casual dining in BC.

We dined at the Dusty Boot after suggestions from the hotel (Park Hyatt), and several friends. The food was good (I had the fish tacos - tiny!), and my husband had veggie fajitas. We waited a super long time (30 minutes plus) when there were only 3-4 other tables with people at lunch. The food was average for the price paid - but given you are in BC everything is a bit pricier, so if you are prepared for that you will be fine. Service was lackluster as it seemed they could care less about you.

Fantastic food, service, and atmosphere--Dirty Boot was the highlight of our trip. We ate as a family and were seated promptly. Our waitress, Margarita, was helpful and attentive from the moment we were seated through the end of the meal. We were never wanting, and our drinks were never empty. The sirloin was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, the Rocky Mountain Mac n Cheese was familiar yet delicious, and the grilled Chicken Sandwich was very tender. The BBQ Pork Sliders appetizer was a big hit. Each slider was nearly the size of a full sandwich, the onions were crispy but not overdone, and the BBQ sauce was a perfect mix of tangy and sweet. For dessert, we shared the dirty boot sundae, two brownies topped with four scoops of ice cream (two vanilla, two chocolate), whipped cream, chocolate chips, and rainbow sprinkles. Our only complaint was that the sundae, advertised for two people, was big enough for the entire family!!! Everything on the menu exceeded expectations. Whether you're looking for a fun, casual environment to enjoy a tasty meal, drinks with friends, or a family night out, the Dirty Boot definitely delivers.

My husband and I enjoyed our meals but the service left a bit to be desired. The waitor seemed distracted by serving a table of college girls and kept us waiting too long on several occasions.
