We stayed 7 nights in July for the 2nd year in a row and will continue to come back. Our teenage girls loved hiking the mountain trails and walking through the village. There are bridges to cross, picnic tables, wild berries and beautiful flowers all within a short distance from the hotel. Our room (3220) was a 4 bedroom and each room had a kingsized bed. There were 4 balconies, a spa tub, 2 fireplaces a washer/dryer a chefs kitchen and a full sized fridge. We cooked most breakfast meals and some dinners. This room overlooks the outdoor pool which has 2 outdoor spas and a firepit where you can roast marshmellows. There is also an indoor pool/spa. It is a short walk or free shuttle to the Beaver Creek Village. There is a sports shop in the hotel as well as a day spa.

Room Tip: Ask for a room that is rated at their highest level ranking. It will have newer furniture and be u...

We stayed here only one night to attend a wedding in the area. The room was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that we were to meet a shuttle to take us to the wedding at 2:30 but couldn't check in until 4...that caused more drama than I care to endure. A block of rooms was reserved for this wedding so I thought that should have been taken into consideration. The room WAS very warm and stuffy when we first arrived and there is NO air conditioning. We opened the windows at night and it cooled off nicely. We would stay here again if in the area and try some of their amenities, the grounds looked lovely.

Room Tip: In the summer get one on the north side so it isn't so warm.

The Charter must be the first condo hotel in Beaver Creek and they've done a nice job of maintaining the property 30 years in. It is a great choice for golfers (course is across the street) and the pool is a very good size. Rooms were good size. Our unit had a very-80s refrigerator (parts kept coming off) and the king bed was pretty hard. But a good choice for families that want to enjoy the greatness of Beaver Creek at somewhat reasonable rates. Staff was good.

This hotel is situated close to Beaver Creek Village- the 2 bedroom condo we stayed in was very nice. Two nice size bedrooms, living room, and ample kitchen. The onsite restaurant is good, and they will deliver to your room. The only complaint I have is it was quite hot in the room and even opening all the windows at night and using fans didn't make it better. Also, the property is not very 'friendly' to strollers or wheelchairs. if you are willing to do a lot of walking, you can get where you need to go- but it was pretty inconvenient. That said, we have stayed here twice and I would stay here again

Room Tip: try to get a room that is facing north. We faced south (room 1240) and it was very hot- although we...

Beautiful and affordable place to stay and lots to do and see. We are already planning a return trip. The staff is very friendly and helpful and there are so many activities to do without having to travel very far.

Managed by Wyndham, this complex has units available to rent that are privately owned and quite spacious. Our individual family unit was a 3 bedroom, 3 bath, full kitchen, living room dining room, laundry and 2 balconies. Two floors with master on the first. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 babies under two years old. There are other units with many different configurations. Each is decorated by the owners of the unit. This unit was a bit dated but it worked. There is no air conditioning in any of the units and it does get a bit warm in the summer afternoons. Evenings cool off dramatically. The disposal was leaking and had to be replaced. The dishwasher should be replaced. There is a spa and workout facility, indoor and outdoor pool and parking is included under ground. Hotel staff was very friendly. Proximity to town for walking is excellent from this
location. Housekeeping was excellent. There is a convenient shuttle to get around locally. Negative is the long drive from Denver airport. 2 1/2 hours min. IF the traffic is good.

Room Tip: Ask for an updated room, mountain side for the view. Don't expect a/c in any of the units. This...
