We were on vacation and looking for a quick bite to eat. We stopped in here as it was conveniently located off the highway. It was past the lunch hour and the restaurant was not very busy. But the food was piping hot and had been cooked to order. The vegetables were fresh and flavorful. The portions were large enough that we were stuffed and the prices in the $8 per plate range seemed reasonable especially given the proximity to Aspen. Lunch came with egg roll and soup. Service was quite good.
