Smoke is a consistently great place to eat. The meat comes out cooked perfectly to temperature, the service is on point, and the owner, Jamie, is almost always there to make sure it's all going smoothly. The mac n cheese is well done, the burgers juicy, and the ribs just right. The only thing I haven't enjoyed was the brisket which, for me, was pretty dry the two times I tried it. Overall, very nice work guys!
