Another great "find". Not to be missed while in the Valley. Worth a drive for the the ever changing cuisine and award winning wine list. Flights and tastings abound.

It was such a treat visiting Cuvee the other day. There is a good selection of wines by the glass and their well drinks are higher quality brands. The appetizers are wonderful!!! The staff is so friendly and helpful. It was busy even thought it is off season which is a tribute in itself. This is not the place for a quiet intimate dinner as it is noisy but the food is very good. Great fun spot to meet friends.

Stopped by on our way from Aspen to Denver. Fabulous lunch place- great selection of wine-by-the-glass selection. Great food. Nice service. Well worth going into Basalt - charming town. Low key and more "authentic."

Today we ate lunch at Cuvée and sat outside in the glorious weather. My friend and I had 6 kids between the two of us. The waitress handled us joyfully and we never felt rushed. Homemade gyro and mushroom cakes were fabulous. Also, we were served piping hot fresh French fries, perfectly seasoned...so good and I am not a French fry girl. Loved it. Definitely go and enjoy quaint Old Basalt.

It is not difficult to understand why this restaurant is so highly rated. We had an absolutely delicious meal which began with their great Happy Hour special....an appetizer and drink for $10. it was difficult to choose from their extensive but excellent wine list. We settled on a perfect Pinot Noir (try the Momo...quite good) paired with their yummy Beer Stones. My husband was more than delighted with the Beef Tenderloin and I thoroughly enjoyed the delectable Pork Medallions. We've had meals at 4 star restaurants that did not even come close to this perfect meal that grabbed us from start to finish. We look forward to a definite return visit in the near future.
