“Nice people, good wine selection, good food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 3, 2012

We had lunch twice at Cuvee World Bistro and had the same thing both times--the vegetable panani and the goat cheese salad. Both were very good. They make their own potato chips that also are very good. They have a large wine selection both by the bottle and glass and the wine prices are reasonable. The people working in the restaurant all were very nice.

“Best Happy Hour in Town!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 29, 2012

This is one of the best bargains around. $10 for a glass of wine, and choice of app off the bar menu. Always great service, and the new patio furniture rocks!

“A gem”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 2, 2011

Despite the pretentious "world" in its name, this is really an outstanding place for well conceived and executed food. Each dish had some unusual twist that elevated above the expected norm. The mushroom cake was a nice surprise and the perfect starter. They also have a wine list that ventures beyond the more traditional choices and, yet, is still reasonably priced. For diners who may not have a strong background in wines, the meuu offers interesting pairings for each dish. Again, not just cabs and chards. Service is excellent, well informed and attentive without being annoying. Go.

“Cuvee: a place for foodies and wine-lovers”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 11, 2011

This is the best restaurant we have eaten at in the Roaring Fork Valley in many a year. We love wine, we love good food and we are on a budget. This place has a tremendous wine by the glass and overall wine list. The meals are very well-designed and cooked and the portions are just enough size-wise. We both had the cherry-port duck with three glasses of wine (total) and a shared dessert, all for $86 (excl tip) in a pricey part of the world. The duck was so great, cherry-port really brings out the best of duck taste: the wine pairings liikewise. Cuvee' World Bistro is quite the find and we will be back when we visit that part of Colorado.
