I wish TA had a "good" rating or an "average+" rating. Yes, the service was a bit slow but it was highly enthusiastic. The food was not Napa Valley trendy, but is was vastly superior to coffee shop. The servers and the busgirl dressed and looked professional. Empty plates were removed promptly by the attentive busgirl. The ambiance of the small dining room and separate wine bar were really similar to what we have found in family run small-town restaurants all over the world. Although the food seemed a bit overpriced and not "authentic" Italian cuisine it was a reasonably tasty interpretation. Chianti (not Classico) by the glass was $5.75 which is fairly typical. The main course were generally in the $15 to $18 range and included salad and fresh baked bread/rolls. The dinner salad for two is served in a mixing bowl and is enough for three or four if everyone is also going to have a full entree.
