Description: Located in the heart of the Napa Valley, Ciccio features a dynamic, yet simple menu of pizzas and Italian entrees driven by our beautiful wood-fire oven and locally sourced ingredients (some of which come from our own gardens.) We hope that you can sit down, relax, and have fun while enjoying our food and wine!

Awesome food. The outside doesn't look like much (says MARKET on the outside) but inside is very nice and the food is excellent. Ciccio's specializes in pizza and other pasta dishes. They don't take reservations but we stayed across the street at the Napa Valley Lodge... we gave them our cell number and when a table opened up, they called us and we walked over and ate. Small bar area as well. Definitely would go back!

We were at this place on two consecutive nights in March 2014. Both experiences were outstanding. As Europeans, we can confirm that the italian food is unlike in most american restaurants truly authentic. The Pizzas from the wood fired oven are immaculate and tasty and the meat dishes were cooked to absolutely perfection. It's a long way from Germany to Yountville, but we will be back in November!

We went to the restaurant just after the holidays on a dark and rainy night. My wife was driving and since it was so dark and rainy she parked in a parking lot right next to the restaurant and rushed inside without noticing the sign.
We had a wonderful meal, hostess was warm and courteous, the waitress was charming, and the food delicious. We ordered a Soup Salad, a Pizza and a Trout between three of us. The food was made from absolutely fresh ingredients and superbly cooked. I ordered a glass of the Altamura 2008 Cab which is served by the glass since the restaurant is connected with the winery. I t was a marvelous wine, full bodied, complex and smooth and well rounded.

We finished cooking, paid the bill, and thanked the waitress and the hostess. The glow of satisfaction from having a wonderful dinner with a visiting friend from Indiana was still fresh when we got out of the restaurant. We walked to the parking lot on the side, and found an empty lot- no car! Needless to say we were shocked. We went back into the restaurant and inquired about the puzzle dreading the answer. Our worst fears were confirmed. The parking lot belonged to the seedy bar next door and the hostess told her that they have been so obnoxious to the patrons who come into the restaurant, but, there was nothing they have been able to do. So we went onto the Bar and inquired about the car and the person there said he did not ahve anything to do with it but that the owners had an arrangement with a towing company in Napa to tow away any cars that did not belong to the patrons of the bar. Having had such unpleasant experience a couple of times in the past, we did not lose our cool. Went in the restaurant and described the situation. to them. They felt so bad about it, they offered us coffee, desert anything we wanted and were kind enough to give us a gift certificate for $50. to lessen the pain. We called a neighbor to come give us a ride and we returned home safely. Next day we paid the towing company almost $400. to retrieve the car and wrote off the unpleasant experience under the title: In every life a little rain must fall.

We definitely plan to visit the restaurant again, but this time we'll be careful about where to Park.

The restaurant is located at the North end of Yountville on Washington Street across from another of our favorite- The Red Wood Inn.

A couple things to keep in mind, the restaurant does not take any reservations and is closed Monday & Tuesday.

Yountville is known as the most Michelin stars per capita. While wonderful, it is nice to find a place that is less "fru fru" with good food in a more casual atmosphere. The pizza was good, as was the asparagus appetizer. I wish there were more options like this in Yountville!

Had a wonderful meal here with coworkers and clients. Intimate, casual setting with an open kitchen so you can see all the pizza magic taking place. Our waiter was fantastic, just friendly, funny and accommodating. The wine was great obviously, but the best was the grilled romaine salad, grilled cauliflower steak, pizza...actually everything was the best. Enjoyed it so much we took home a (handwritten!) menu, which the chef writes out every day, and she was even happy to sign it for us. Great evening!
