This was our second visit to Bistro Jeanty. The first was about two years ago and we were looking forward to another meal there. We weren't disappointed. The Pate Campagne and house-smoked salmon were excellent appetizers. The Lamb Tongue (the same thing my wife ordered on our first visit) was an amazing dish, again. The Beef Bourguignon was the best I'd ever had (and I've tried it at quite a large number of restaurants). We didn't have any wine since we'd been tasting in the morning and were going to do some more that afternoon. There were a number of good alternatives on the wine list. We wished we'd had more time so we could devote a day to eating and drinking at this wonderful establishment.
