“Great bakery!”
Reviewed February 10, 2013 via mobile

My wife and I would go here in the mornings on our vacation. The lattes are excellent and the breakfast pastry is really good. The service is great. There is almost always a line so be patient.

“Worth the wait!”

Best bakery ever! Has a wide variety of delicious treats. Always has a line of people waiting out the door but it doesn't take long to get in and order, well worth the wait!

“Loved this Bistro Lunch”
Reviewed February 9, 2013

We had lunch here on an early Spring day. The restaurant was full and the welcome was warm and friendly. Our lunch and glass of wine was perfect. Organic produce comes from their own garden nearby. Coffee and desert, a delicious pistachio macaron, was enjoyed outside on the patio. Prices are reasonable given the quality. A favourite, we would return.

“Excellent bakery, superlative french baguettes”
Reviewed February 9, 2013

You can't go wrong here. We had two ham & cheese sandwiches on a baguette, grilled panini style and finished that off with two heavenly french macaroons. We took away with us 3 tarts, one lemon curd, one chocolate ganache and one bread pudding, which we enjoyed for the next two nights after dinner. You get what you pay for- top quality baked items.

“Great French Bistro Fare”
Reviewed February 8, 2013

Food was great takes on classic french bistro food. big portions. good wine list, but the best is the uniquehouse wine p[rogram options using a rotating selection of single barrel one offs from regional wineries. Atmosphere and decor did a great job of trying to re-create the intimate lively french bistro feel. Service seemed to be good over-all, our guy seemed a bit disinterested at times but he seemed to be the exception not the norm.
