long time visitors to napa valley but first time to bottega. the setting was very nice, the service was spot on.
the food was good overall, however, my wife did not care for the bolognese she ordered. i had a short rib sandwich, asked for it to be cooked medium but it came medium rare. our friends had the flank steak and the prawns over pasta. the flank steak was excellent, seasoned just right.
we ordered desserts to share, the tiramisu was presented in a way i had never seen before. it was good, but i had better.
the prices were a little high but if the owner is a celebrity chef what can you expect.
