I used to volunteer on an event space about a thirty minute drive outside of the center of Willits. We were very well cared for and allowed to eat as many fresh eggs and veggies out of the garden as we cared to. Nothing, however, could stop me from making the hour-long round-trip drive to Taqueruia Bravo at least every other day for a plate of their carnitas nachos. Served with about a pound and a half of fresh guacamole, the nachos were but a vehicle for the carnitas of my dreams. Service wasn't quick, but it was always worth the wait once that beautiful pile of fried pork arrived. Absolute perfection. I'm sure they do other things well, but go for the carnitas.
